Returns and refunds

General Policy
All sales are final. As each piece in the "Inner Silence" series is a unique, original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items
I take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at info©sawakohoshi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging (including the shipping label).

Once the damage is verified, I will work with you to find a solution, which may include a full refund or a credit towards a future piece.

Lost Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact me so I can open an inquiry with the shipping carrier (Posti/UPS).

Exclusions
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping (if a return is authorized due to damage) will be discussed on a case-by-step basis.
