1. General
By placing an order through this shop, you agree to the terms set forth below. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and safe transaction for both the artist and the collector.

2. Artworks and Descriptions
Each piece in the "Inner Silence" series is an original, handmade artwork. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. All dimensions provided are approximate.

3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Big Cartel. Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• All orders ship from Finland.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, I do not accept returns or exchanges. In case of damage during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The artist (Sawako Hoshi) retains all copyright to the artworks, even after purchase. The buyer may not reproduce, resell for commercial profit, or use the artwork for any commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
